We do NOT issue refunds, eligible items receive store credit ONLY. Full priced items are eligible for return/exchange within 14 days of purchase date. Returns received past the 14 day window are not eligible and will be shipped back to you at customers expense. All return/exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refunded. Original shipping charges will not be applied to your return credit. Returns may take up to 3 business days for processing after received.
Invoice MUST be included in a return.
Items Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Full priced Clothing, excluding undergarments. (leggings, bralettes, etc)
- Unworn, Unwashed items with tags attached
- An item must be postmarked within the 14 day window stated above.
- PREORDER items.
- ALL SHOES
- Items Purchased with Store Credit or Discount Code
- Any item that appears worn, or in any way altered.
- Deodorant stains on item
- Pet hair, odor, cigarette smoke, etc.
- Sale Items. Including Sale Section, promo or holiday sales, and sitewide sales.
- Undergarments: leggings, bralettes, bodysuits
We cannot guarantee your exchange request will be available. Include your exchange request on invoice, if item is in stock we will perform the exchange, If the request is not available, you will be issued a store credit. $5 shipping will be charged for exchanges also.
If your return is eligible for store credit, you will be issued a code via email. All credit must be used at one time, within 30 days. Credit Will Expire After 30 Days.
*Any damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
* We are not responsible for any lost returns. If your return is lost in tranist, you must contact your local post office.
* We only accept 5 Return/Exchanges per customer each year.
